I keep my eye on properties in Cornwall and have seen some houses for sale now at substantially less than 8-12 months ago.
We looked at a house in Pendeen in October and it was up for sale at £350k, i've had an email from another estate agent this weekend and they have valued the same house at £250k.

You'd struggle to get £150K for a decent sized 3 bed semi here. We paid £48K in 2002 which shows how low the pricing was even then.
