Please dont insult my intelegance Stu. I work with vbulletin day in day out. A hack is a addon, something that VB do not support, or a 3rd party modification that has been added to vbulletin.
Which in your case is the free vbandance portal system that has been installed. Yes it has a lot of features, better functions and that ability to add more columns, and video feeds direct from the admincp. Vbulletin is a hack, its an addon. VB will not support any hacks/mods that have been installed.
Vbadvanced for those that don't know cannot be instaled without VBulletin.
The photo galery you pay for, which imo is great as i have installed it on many websites. So before you start jumping the gun and telling me i don't know what i am talking about think again.

You said we should have stuck with 3.8 as it already had a gallery.
We have never had 3.8 running here, or 3.7 for that matter.
You suggested that the gallery was a hack.
Please review its instructions for use in the official 3.7.X manual here:
http://files.vbulletin.com/vBulletin-3_7-Manual.zip
This is a tiny forum in comparison to a lot of the ones we run, and we have all these features (Not hacks... standard 3.7.X features) turned on with plenty of others, problem free.
VBAdvanced Portal works well and It is suported when we use it because we understand what does and doesnt work with VBulletin better than most. Why? because we own VBulletin.

The site was taken over and instead of an upgrade we saw a downgrade in terms of looks and usability. Okay so there was a software upgrade to come into lines with current security and stability but for us long term users (I speak for myself naturally but I'm sure there will be a shared feeling within the community) it seems like we have been robbed of a decent website.
The last thing I want is for this to turn into a slagging match, I'm just putting forward my personal opinion coupled with my experience with working with forum software and the website for a long time.

Next time you voice your personal opinion, try to ensure its correct and then this type of thing wont happen because believe it or not I do appreciate you opinion but didn't appreciate the very negative and, importantly, totally inaccurate one that you chose to voice earlier.

Looks OK, once I get all my bits sorted out.
No dark Blue for the 'My Scooby' feature still have to use that common WR blue
Whats 'My garage' all about do you need to pay extra for that?

Thought I heard it Stu.
I have just shut the doors behind mine.
Just take your ticket as you drive in & pay at the barrier when you leave David. Not sure what you "blue" members get but my "orange" got me a garage space & room for some pictures.
