Religion is a very personal thing and unless it encroaches onto my life, I do not care what people believe in. It is everyones right to believe in something, if they chose too.

All this baloney about Muslims wanting to take over us and the world, well. I will believe it, if and when I see it with my own eyes, not the papers/tv scaremongering.

Of course there will be extremists, it would not be religion if there wasn't. Look back over the years and almost all religions have been guilty.
Well said.

I think it's quite feasible that this country could be a muslim state within 20 years. Remember, when it comes to voting for political parties, wether a local or general election most white British would rather vote for X factor or big brother. Meanwhile others are busy voting in their own representitives and due to voter apathy, hey presto, fast forward 20 years and we are a muslim country.

Er, Muslims make up a tiny percentage of the country's population so even if every Muslim voter voted the same way you are not going to get a Muslim state or anything like it.

Or are you saying that in 20 years they will make up a much much larger percentage of the population or a large number of the the indigenous white population will become Muslims too?

Honestly, some of the stuff written in here beggars belief.

I think you need to go do some research mate ..
Some places in the UK the white man is already outnumbered , and its steadily growing all the time , IT IS only a matter of time .

But anyway we are not talking about muslims in general we are talking about the extremists , i dont want what i written above to be taken the wrong way by any of you girls !

What i was saying was, if the white British don't take up their right to vote other communities will, for their candidates and the whole political climate in this country may change. May take a few years, but the rate people are coming into the country and then extended family members also, the belief may not take as much begging as you think.

Thanks Lesley. It's refereshing to hear someone base their opinion on personal experience. All religions will have some unsavoury elements that is a given. I would never ever foist my own beliefs on anyone. Similarly I have absolutely no qualms about going in to a church or a synagogue. It's about understanding people and respecting each other. Thinking a little and looking further than the end of your nose. Sections of every community has undesirable elements. I can't speak for everyone or be responsible for some crackpot hell bent on creating havoc. However as long as I am as good a human being as possible then the chips can fall where they may.

I really don't see how you can base an opinion on someone because of their religion .

I rarely ask anyone (unless it's a work thing)and let them tell me if they feel that way inclined.

Part of my work is investigating hate crime.

Even if crimes are not related to race/religion, the government like to know what religion people are that are committing crimes, and the same for victims now.

I get a bit of it.

No comment re the papers. The framework on what the police have to class a crime would differ from what you consider a crime. I'll put it that way.

The one good thing that will come out of the depression the Countrys currently sinking into, will be the fact that we'll all start standing up and start speaking our minds on what we think of the foreign invasion.

A year ago the Total oil refinery protest would have been deemed rascist but It's now become slightly acceptable as we ( The British born and bread ) start to stand up and fight back instead of taking it up the **** of all the Foreign freeloading scum that have a percentage of my wages every month..

Hail the Reverloution...

Religion is OK.

Politics is OK.

Mixing them up together is where you get problems

'Born and bread' strikes me as obviously deliberate poor spelling. 6/10: try harder.

Yes I agree, I would much rather take it up the **** of (sic) the indigenous freeloading scum

And yes hail the 'reverloution' - after all it may lead to better standards of reading and writing in this wonderful country

Indeed we do.

They take it a step further also - you're vetted quite heavily beforehand and therefore if you have an unclean background then you won't even get in to the country in the first place.

er, no we do not, not always, plenty come here and commit crimes, break our laws and are not then deported. Also, some people enter the UK, immediately destroy passports with no reference to where they came from and cannot be returned. then there is the asylum claim of course - in fear of your life of returned...
