I'm inclined to agree mate, but I'll leave it open a bit longer lest Scott wants to come on here and give his side of the story; it would be nice to know how this one pans out!

guys,

idea of this thread was not to start uglyish discussion (i was quite sure scott wont respond here, as he didn't respond to my emails), but let others know what kind of experience one may have when dealing with particular seller. i saw some positive responses and decided i will post my stuff here to give alternative view.

if someone (manufacturer) tries to help me out i'm very glad, but hey, be more gentle - i don't tolerate absurd "spamming" charges or smth after i've been ripped off...

thx,
jk

Ok mate, if you're happy to leave it at that. I'll lock this and let you sort this out with Flat 4. Good luck getting this situation sorted. If Scott wishes to respond he can contact me and I'll re-open it.

Ta very muchly,

Update on behalf of OP:

as agreed, an update

i've been contacted by chris from cdf racing right after thread was closed, and we sorted out our relationship, i believe besides that he suggested discount and promised to send an email to scott. which is very cool, imho

not sure if that email did the job, or something else - today i've been contacted by scott from flat4online, who promised to refund pulleys... let's see how long will it take

thanks,
jk

Update on behalf of OP:

last week i got message from scott saying that he will refund the pulleys, and today i got message from bank confirming full 350£ refund.

that journey took almost half a year, i hope we all learned from that.

special thanks to chris@cdf racing for being passionate...
