Why is it good news?! Prices are hugely inflated, and returning to the 'norm' (ie worth about 3.5 x average salary, down from over 6 x currently) can only be a good thing!
Pete, I've seen those stats/graphs before ( and was around at the time) but can't lay my hands on them. Are you able to post a link? It may prove useful to the scoobynet massive
