I know, check in the morning, it will probably been vaped

Personally I would go for a N/a Busa, 180 -200 BHP, and build it to 450 KG, then it will fly, hit 12-13,000 rpm and have sequential gearbox, (add a bike shift kit and you have full on power shifting )

If that don't make you grin, sell up and by a mondeo.

problem with busa in a 7 type kit
is that it really needs a dry sump.
If cost is no problem, then ok.
For normal road use + a few track
days R1 is well proven, & not slow -
4sec 0-60 will do for most

YVM - oil is in, wiring ready, got petrol,
battery is charged........

Steve - you're welcome over if you're free
saturday afternoon

yup fancy something i can use on track and that comes under classic insurance. plus i want a turbo'd car again. so an rs turbo fits the bill nicely. would love an s1 but for what i could afford i'd end up with a pile of rust.

I've got loads of rs turbo spares at home from the last time i had one. Including a 1.8 zetec bottom end that'll make a nice zvh conversion. i do have a hankering for building a full on 2.0 zetec turbo (over time). nice revy 200+ bhp 16v engine in a car that already weighs just over a tonne. will be stripped out again like the ra.

would rather go down the route that spec c is looking at but not got the funds for that to start off with.
