can i ask why we changed venue , as the old one had hard standing
and advertise 200 parking spaces... just asking no offence to the organiser just wondered thats all

The origional pub gets alot more diners so spaces would of been limited..

Agree though, it,s going to be touch & go if we,ll all get parked at the Bubble tbh, especially if the grass is wet etc...

Can someone do me a favour and give the Bubble a call and just let the Manager know about the meet and the amount we,ve provisionally got coming please?? i,m not back until Monday so the sooner the pub knows the better. Mind you, i think they,ve had over 100 cars there before but our trouble maybe the wet grass erea if it,s been raining, this will then limit parking...

This has ben sorted please enjoy your hollz pete, Im more than on the case total impreza been told about the meet also a evo magazine been mentioned so lets see how we get on its our first main big meet of 09 so we can take good and may be some bad points and make it better for the summer.I plan on getting even more subaru evo clubs involved and may be holding it at shaskpere raceway or santa pod im on the ball take care xxxxxxxxxxx

MEETING TIME is 12-12.30 Im asking if this can be broke down over a few hrs so there is no traffic going into the car park there is a few mlr lads going earlier ill be there from 11 am so any lads wanting to drive down from 11 onwards ill be waiting ..

Spoke to the main man at the pub the owner;;; There is comfotable 120 spaces so as long as i get there early and start lining us all up there should not be a problem ....
