The other emo type girls are all over 18 by their profiles.
I'm not arguing, you voiced your concerns, I removed them.
There is a whole site dedicated to those kinda pics, not just girls .. other funny pics.

Who says? They've gone now, but there is no proof that any of those girls were over 18. Loads of them seem to have been ripped from unprotected facebook and Photobucket accounts, and a simple disclaimer that the "models were over 18" doesn't wash at all, I'm afraid. Many of them were significantly under sixteen if I'm any judge, and in any case it doesn't help to blur borderline cases, for the purposes of humour or not.

Thats why i stuck up for you, although i can be construed that you dont really have a clue as to there ages, then fair play but as you stated .... you thought they were over 18 & no doubt the pictures were taken from a reliable website ?

But you did! Loads of them! LOL, why are you now backtracking so transparently? The fact is, you didn't THINK at all. It's too late for anyone else to judge because they've all been deleted, but I know what I saw and if 50% were over 16 I'd be amazed.

I'm not having a go "just for the sake of it"; someone has to stick up for the innocents, and it might as well be me. How much uproar would have been generated if the pictures had been of pubescent young boys? The sentiments of the "Jailbait" pictures were sickening, not humorous, and they have no place on a civilised website.

Having seen the pics before they were deleted I cannot see any basis for suggesting that lots (or indeed any) of the girls were under 18.
There are lots and lots and lots of skinny/petite girls out there nowadays that are over 18, they just look younger. The fact that someone is an emo type skinny does not make them underage, just suffering from malnutrition.
However Pimmo has quickly removed them voluntarily so all is good with the world.

I saw them when they first went up, and none looked under age to me, however that said the closer you get to 18 yo's, the harder it is to tell, having a 14 yo daughter if she dressed up liked some of her firends do then she would in a group probably pass for 17 - 18 at a push, it is very hard to tell.
eitherway the correct thing for peace keeping has been done, and at the end of the day it is really up to the mods to decide if the pictures shouldn't be posted on the forum, the users just have to not look.
I don't see any moderator comment here so I would assume that the pictures were all ok.
