tried all the variations; standard UK roof and waist, roof sti and standard waist UK, both sti and now just standard UK roof. I prefer the current version most of all and have a sport tailgate with no holes drilled to fit

Well...I am looking into it right now...When I do it...it will be a USDM STi Swap...Drivetrain and all...2.5ltr with a Super 16g Turbo, 6 spd w/DCCD and a R180 rear diff with the Brembo's...Coilover Suspension will be the added at that point...should be good for about 330WHP and 375 torque... with some great lowend torque...
then be fully prepped for autoslalom..or Autocross...which is my thing...

Its just over 500bhp last time it was on the RR.

That would be Steven Darley's wagon, it was running around 600 iirc for the last few rounds of TA, its being stripped for a new build at present...it's going to be interesting to see what he does
