tempted to.. I am fine with flying but it is boring and I miss having a car to drive about for a couple of days and I guess there is some roads to sample.
Got some time on the car today..
hoping to:
fit fire extingisher
install external pump
replace ps belt
tidy up a few bits inside

That pump and swirl pot looks familiar, reakon I know where it might have started. You want to ditch the Bosch non return valve and banjo fitting, it restricts the pump to about 450hp capacity, when you remove the NRV you'll see why, but I seem to remember showing you before so I'm hopeful you're already sorting it!

the pot I bought new from Sm Engineering..
I will be removing the non-return valve when going to the new engine..
Currently it is ideal as it flows similar to the walbro and therefore little need to update the current fuel map

put a few bits of trim back on.. and I don't think I am going to be happy until I remove dash, trim and cut a new one and then get that flocked..
I knew the dash wasn't fully flush back into position but wasn't enough to notice I thought.. but was wrong.. passenger side is fairly large gap. So it needs cutting some more which means there will be a cut in the wrong place :wallbang:
drives side is fine.. but small amount of flock has come off dash due to cage fitting.. although I do have a flock kit to try and repair it.
For some reason the camera has made the carpet look brown!!

huge thanks to Chris at cdf racing for some nice looking light weight pulleys to go on the car
I shall wait a few weeks for the salt to disappear from the roads before fitting them.
Also to add to the large pile of bits for the next engine some adjustable cam wheels.. huge thanks to Chris for colouring matching them for me..
Also a huge thanks to Paul @ Zen for the inlet manifold which will allow me to run v5/6 heads with v1 inlet manifold and set up/management etc
Which is in the pile of bits to be sprayed
