Oh sod it, i have one when i was 99kg.
Diet is high protein 1-1.5g per lb and low carb.

I've been told - BOBFOC - Body off Baywatch, Face off Crimewatch (or in fact maybe a bit special needs...!)
With our dog on our little boat:

In Llafranc (Spain -amazing place BTW) in May:

I would show **** photos but our camera lacks a powerful enough zoom...
Hux - Tee hee -I recognise Timmo but that's about it. Which ride was that? We had a good one on Sunday. 18 miles and lovely and muddy.
At one point I reckon I nearly hit - oh maybe 6mph

Frame is broke now so will be off the bike for quite some time, too much going on atm anyway plus im enjoyng the weights, not everyone can pack on decent muscle so im blessed for having the frame capable for it.

I did buy some bonty mud-x tyres to try, but the bike let me down so are still packaged.

Anyway must dash got another session tonight, see if i can hit 50kg on the db chest press like i did the other day.

Stay away from bread, eat less carbs ie potatoes and pasta. eat more protine, cereal or porrige for breakfast fruit for lunch and protene for dinner dont eat after 7pm.. as a short term loose weight quick diet you will loose a stone in a month along with some excercise, its not so much about how much you do in the gym as it will take 6 months to get any noticeable gains from a gym.. Its about how much what and when you eat..
try and get yourself into the arobics class or spinning thats where you will burn fat or swimming..

sorry but i disagree , eating more wont stop you losing weight .
If you say eat 3 times a day apart from breckfast , brake it up if you eat 6 times a day but smaller portion's you will increase your metabolisum and thus burn more callories a day .
i do circuit training twice a week and weight's twice a week circuites are great you work sold if an hour but you choose your own pace but as your working with a group of people you will work harder .
All so don't listen to the bmi scale its a load of shi# my trainer is 16 1/2st and is classed as over weight cause it never takes into account of muscle mass as it weighs more than fat.
last but not least when you start working out if you think oh god im not losing weight you more than likley are but your fat is being replaced with lean muscle mass.
everything in moderation !!! and don't starve your self that doesnt help .
don't eat carb's after 6 unless your working out at the gym say after work at 5 etc etc (carb's provide you with energy with out them you will feel tired and possible make your self ill if you have none ! ).

Understood, but since she's stopped going, she has put on 1/2 stone, which she agreed to anyway. She now doesn't eat all the crap I do and makes fresh meals most nights for herself. She is lucky in the sense she enjoys a massive array of foods, where as I am one of those saddo "funny eaters"
Plus she knows if she got to the weight she was before, she would not like her physical presense, and neither would I. I asked her once if it bothers her that her 24 year old other half (me) is nearly bald. she replied no for 2 reasons... when I have stubble it scratches her itches and when it's smooth blad she likes to kiss it

TBH it matters not about men going bald, or wimmins spreading a bit. That's if If you really love someone. You love them; no matter what. Personality change in people is considered to be more of a put off in relationships than just slight deterioration of the looks IMO. No one remains in same as ever condition forever, we all change, and slowly wither with time. Even Tajmahal and St. Paul's Cathedral have been flawed after so many years.
About her weight gain after stopping to eat unhealthy allsorts, it could be just fluids in her body, if he is drinking loads of water (one of them slimming suggestions they offer). Early morning weighing is most effective, they say.
Then again, it merely matters, if both you and her have no prob with extra half a stone

Turbo - there was a study saying that you actually only need 2 litres of water and that a lot of that is already contained in food.
I used to drink stacks of it but didn't really find any difference when I dropped the amount (just got sick of needing the loo all the time and of forcing it down).

I did see a news about a woman, whose dietician told her to drink ample water. That woman actually died off it.
It happened in the UK not very long ago.
Good diet tip - get a veg box delivered. It often works out cheaper than supermarket stuff, it's much better for you and the variety means you have to adapt to what you get - which makes it more interesting.
We get a weekly box and it's the basis of all our food now. Means the odd curry or pizza is a treat rather than a health risk too.

I do buy shed loads of vegetables from Tesco, but this veg box from milkman will certainly be cheaper. And, Its supporting local fair trade too, if you buy more than just the milk from your milkman But some take size as a sign of beauty, nothing to do with health LOL
Some even use it as a weapon to project their own insecurities/deficiencies on others. A friend of mine is a living example of it. She was a healthy size 16 with perfect BMI, medium height, and she looked good. But her boyfriend of that time bullied her like ****, made her feel really bad about her size, and doubted her with his mates with it too
Poor girl ended up splitting with him. But now, she is unhealthy anorexic size 8. She eats nothing
She lives on soups and water. Her new relationships with guys + her social life is badly effected by her anorexia. She is a law graduate, but her lack of self esteem hardly allowed her to even attempting to practice as a lawyer. She is a total wreck. LOL Nothing is ever perfect, full stop.
It doesn't mean we should support unhealthy overweighing and unhealthy eating, not at all. But, the expectation for perfection sometimes can be very cruel, leading someone to become very unhealthy from perfectly healthy. OK, only one evil boyfrend was there to blame in above example, not all the world! But bear this in mind that the concept to favour slim ladies at small sizes (***** are exception
) is widespread, not just limited to one baddy of a boyfriend.
Totally agree with that, so far weight probs and unhealthy food intake is concerned

I would like to lose a few pounds
(currently 14st) I haven't put any weight on over the last year or so just would like to shed some weight really.
Problem with me is at work im sitting down probably 90% of the time if im in the office so no exercise there.
Then I get home, have some tea, then after a while sit down in front of the TV/on PC browsing this forum
So need to get off my **** and do something me thinks as I dont get any exercise really....
If I was to start doing something like going for a run in the evenings and change my diet a bit would this help much?? or would I be better off joining a Gym and getting into a proper routine?

Improved diet and running would help loads. I too work in an office and spend most of the day at my desk on a PC. I joined the gym just up the road from work and go every night after work. I would probably never go if I went home first and ate. I also play footy on a Sat aft, 5 a side Tuesday night and football training Thursday night. The thing about the football is you're part of a team and have responsibility to your team mates so that motivates you.
