The car sounds good though, and I like the little flashy grille lights. What are they for then . Scareing the locals to death no doubt.
Further to my earlier posting about drivetrain damage, I got my scoob back from Zen yesterday and after stripping the back end of the gearbox and checking the rear diff I'm relieved to say they have found nothing wrong. They did change the g/box and diff oils though and the chatter noise has disappeared (phew).
It was in with Paul for an 18g turbo fitting and remap for E85. I haven't used it at full boost yet but bloody hell it's quick. It's difficult to really asses the difference in power output on wet roads because, even at moddest boost levels it's wheelspinning in 1st and 2nd gears. I can't wait for some dry weather to try it out properly.
I have registered on the Bed 'N' Breakfast forum (oops sorry wrong name).
It looks promising and should be a great asset for the local scooby group. Being localised we should be able to keep the politics and arguments to an absolute minimum and concentrate on the fun factor. It gets my vote, see you there.

Great news with the car mate , i gotta say i'm a bit jealous now , but i made a little purchase of my own today , i've got a full set of shaocks and springs coming for mine now , should sit a lot nicer to the road and handle even better , (i can go more sideways for longer )
glad its all sorted for you now though fella , enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!

Im one of those drivers of the impreza that like to drive LESS if that makes sense, lol. Hate driving in this weather and conditions too, not cuz its slippy or wet, just because the car is white and don't wanna get it filthy! Plus the fact Im just plain lazy lol
