[QUOTE=Felix79;10997722]That's very kind of you to say , thank you
I've been slowly adding a variety of bits to really bring out the looks of the P1, mainly the clear indicator lenses and the really nice STi rear lights.
The meet at the Fair Acres Retail park normally brings in around 100+ cars and the Police are on board with us, so things are perfectly above board.
We get people coming from far and wide now, a good number come from Reading, Northampton, North London and the surrounding counties. We get a good mix of JDM , Dub , Ford and then French turn up with a few other random cars.
You will usually see a very nice Blob eye with Mat black 6 spoke Rotas there, that has been lowered and looks amazing. If you just ask for Felix, people should point you in my direction, but truth be told the second I see another Scooby, I am straight over it to take a nosey
Hopefully I will see you and a few other members on here start to turn up.
We usually attend most of the big Jap and Modified car shows with out own stand, so don't be shy to say hello to any of us. I'm the only staff member with a Scooby, so again I am always easy to get hold of at shows. The next one we are attending is the Fast Show at Santa Pod next month and we have 50+ cars on our stand this year!
Regards,
Yea il drop in next time its on what date is that? I thought the P1 came standard with sti rears? Always wanted a p1

It came with the UK spec stuff due to it being the only UK spec 2 door Subaru UK sold.
The P1 is great for the UK roads, it beats both my dads e46 M3 and my mum 05 Fiesta ST for road comfort by a country mile.
The P1 is not really liked on here very much a has a hard time from owners of the JDM 2 doors. The base of the JDM version is a much better car to work from if your going to mod the car heavily. If it was not for me wanting ABS and an official UK spec car, I would have gone for an version 6 one.
I am currently doing a bit of an odd thing with my P1 by putting on a lot of the missing Type-R bits, while keep the core of the P1. I blew my engine up sky high in 2011 due to a fuel pump failiour, which allowed me to get a much stronger setup using only a P1 head and pistons, the rest is a mixture of forged parts and nitroded components. Becaus the engine was 2nd with 5000 miles on, I thought it rude not to buy it.
There seems more than enough of us around the county to do a meet, maybe monthly or bi-monthly would work?
Maybe somewhere near Kidlington would make sense as its close to the A34/M40, the are some great roads for us all to have a blast on together and its is pretty much in the middle for the spread of people we have?
That's very kind of you to say , thank you

[QUOTE=Spivscooby;11000965]It's got a few ok pubs with decent sized car parks as well, which would make a good meeting place. I do plenty of meets in all sorts of car parks for the other car clubs / meets I do , so one by a decent boozer is always a Brucey bonus in my eyes.
