WTF. This thread was last posted on 15 months ago. It has been superceded by more relevant and up to date threads.
I cannot remember the last time I ported or wrapped twin scroll headers or uppipe. After the first few months the quality of the twin scroll headers and uppipe was so good there was little point in porting them.
I'll also be having a custom GC8-pattern Twin Scroll d/p made up by H&S. How much to wrap it, too?
I have no idea what one of these looks like or the diameters involved so I have no idea how much material it will take. I can wrap any headers, uppipes, downpipes or anything else but until I see them I have no idea how much material or how much time it will take.
The same goes for the potential to improve performance on twin scroll headers/uppipe. Until I see your particular setup in the flesh I don't know if it will be worthwhile or not.
I wrap NEW 3" open neck downpipes, supplied by me for £85 and NEW GT2 tubular header sets that I supply for £105. Each runner is done individually. This will give you an indication of how reasonable the charges are, using the best heat wrap I have been able to find so far. (DEI).

Cheers.
I did do an adv. search i.e. "all threads" started by "harvey" and this was the most appropriate to post in, given the relevance and chronology of the resultant list.
Harvey, a 3" twin scroll d/p for the Classic will be the same basic shape/surface area as its single scroll counterpart - aside, of course, from the different twin scroll 'snakehead' turbo flange. So I guess £85 for wrapping, then?
Also, the TS headers/uppipe in question would be std. New Age OEM items - specifically off of a Spec C (not that that makes any diff.)
