There are many people, with many defects, whether it be gay, whether it be autism, whether it be mild, or strong.... its still a mental disablity of some sort or other.

Tell me about it. That's why I am just a very simple person. I'd like to think there is something bigger out there, but after various experiences in life, I just can't buy into religion anymore. I respect the right for others to believe what they want, however confusing at times.

Not if you're a christian. The bible is the infallible word of god. How do they know this? Becuase the bible tells them it is.

Circular logic, got to love it. Of course the bible is littered with inconsistencies and contradictions which causes some really issues.

How can djmisio85 assert that anyone who hasn't chosen to blindly follow a religion is missing something from their lives? Prove it or put forward some LOGICAL reasons for religion/god and the belief that the rest of us are missing out on something.

Because more often than not, there are people on the side lines who are undecided or don't know much about the subject, it's for their benefit I counter this stuff, not in the attempt to convert the likes of djmisio85

 

 

Coming from a guy who asked why rocks hadn't evolved, why planets hadn't flown off their orbit and the sun hadn't sucked us all into it's gravitational pull, I find that statement to be massivley funny.

Well, after a nice day out with my family, this thread really has taken off again!

It has now become one the most amusing reads around!

The answers by djmisio85 border on the wind up! I don't think that anyone (unless a member of something like Landover or Greenboro Baptists) would come out with answers like that, or perhaps as has been alluded to, they are simply a child and dont' really understand what is being said to them.

I do hope so, because the alternative is a most unsettling thought!

I do hope he wakes up to entertain us some more.
