Isn't it the one as pictured in the photo in Chris Rees's "Impreza" book.

From memory the pic is with Dave Lapworth and Dave Richards in foreground; with the white P1 (sporting gold Superleggeras) behind them; and the Prodrive premises in the background...?

I think it still had the top half of the STi 5 rear wing on it (obviously Peter Stevens redesigned that section later on...)

It would look like mine then Clive as that's the colour I've used on mine
Next time you're up this way give me a shout. I live 10 mins from where we met the other day when you dropped those parts off. You can see my car in the flesh and draw your own conclusions as to how good it looks

The white P1 was for sale at a dealer not so long back, there is a thread about it somewhere.

Yep I have seen that before.
I believe there were 1004 P1's made. !000 to the uk, with Subaru & Prodrive retained two each.
That must be one of Prodrive's,
wonder where the other one is ?
A P1 club member had a friend who worked for DVLA and I think it was 736 P1's registered as of last year.

your cracking up mate
We were talking outside your garage last week about how well Paul does on his budget and you said to me "they run the same 6 speed". That is why I mentioned to the other guy that the 6 speed is a strong box, because you mentioned about Paul's race car.

I will ask Olly to put the box on his truck for TOTB & we can have a smooch through the bits.

Could you not get a fitting like that from the likes of Pirtek?
Sound deadening 15kg
Seats 20kg
boot 15kg
So should now weigh approx 1240kg which isn't too bad given it's got the cage in.
I have even lost 1/2 a stone
Will have to hit the gym hard post TOTB to put it back on !
Sounds good Clive, may feel different Harry Flatters on the kilometer !
Anyone using NF on a regular basis??.
Looking forward to tomorrow morning. Put the first bottle of NF in the car last night ready for a blast in the morning
