Sounds like youve been busy slim. Good to see you getting stuck in.
Ordered another shackle today.
My setup included a 6mm D shackle to connect the D ring on the harness to the Wichard.
Today ive ordered a 5mm version which is literally the smallest/shortest shackle that will accomodate both items. It should shorten my setup by approx 15mm.
Bringing the pulley closer to my body and allowing the use of a longer strop line. This will ultimately allow more throw on the handles and more control over the kite.
Lets see how that improves things
Absolutely stoked about the coming weekend. Cant wait to get on the beach.
We'll be needing parachutes to slow us down from mach 1

Sunday meet for Camber / Greatstone
Ok guys then ...
Meet @ Thurrock services @ 7am
We will then head down to Ashford ( McD''S ) to meet with Al & the other boys , Grab a cuppa & have a wee & a phoo as no toilets @ Camber for 8am
From Maccy Dees it's then 1/2 hour down to Camber so get to the car park for 9am , the tide will still be in , but we can start to get ready , Should be able to get on the beach from 9.30am but it will still be a bit wet
, Low tide is @ 12:30 so we will still have 2-3 hours after that with loads of beach to play on

Another little package arrived today , Nice set of bolle' Goggles 
Just re assembled tinyphoon , She's looking a little better now
Just need to attatch the GPS Unit to it & the stake on the buggy
Ordered a full new set of bearings for it today , Will not fit untill painted along with new seat & siderail covers
Are we there yet

Are we there yet... im absolutely gagging to get out in the buggy.
I just hope all my ordered items arrive in time. Dont forget spare batteries for your GPS's lads!

my arm is still in agony, but im still going to participate.
i can always get a bionic arm from the states if needed!!!
im gonna take my cheap camera guys, as we dont really want to be leaving any expensive stuff lying about.
i've got a few rechargeable AA's, which i'll bring with too
i might get a small hand pump to keep in one of the kite bags.
also, although prob too late for sunday, it might be worth us getting a couple of spare inner tubes for the future.
off to get some warm clothing today!!

I want to get spare lines for sunday, but have no idea what i'm looking for. Want something mid price and obviously for a 4 line kite.
Oh and due to lack of time i wont be able to get to Bill (sports cornet) so need to buy off the net today.
any ideas?

sky high kites, use them a lot

Got another shackle today and whilst i was there bought yet another wichard so i'll be making up another quick realease harness system to try and shorten my system to try and run the longest strop length possible.
