Probably not.
Managed to drift and i mean full on drift my buggy in a huge arc tonight for what seemed like forever. Without doubt the best sliding turn ive ever done.
Still absolutely buzzing!!
Where are the ESC photographers when you need em?

We did mate, you missed a blinder.
Powering up the 5m and being slingshoted out of the corners is a feeling hard to discribe. Its like being shot out of a cannon.
You will sooooooo want a buggy once you get that 4.7 in the air.

We buggied in Essex on Friday
, What must be the best session yet .
Frayz , Dazza , & i started about 3pm & were packing up in the dark AGAIN !! You just know it has been a good session .
Took a reading of the wind when we arrived a steady 15mph gusting to 25mph , Frayz set up his 3.5m Rage , I Braved the 5m Blurr , After 10 mins with the 5m it was to much for me lol , Found i was geting pulled sideways rather than forward & it was hard going , So back to base & set up the new 3.5m Blurr that had just arrived @ Tiny hq @ 2.30pm that day
Arhhhhhhh that was better the new 3.5m Blurr was simply awesome in the wind & Frayz & Dazza & myself had one hell of a time ripping it up & down the field , Bantering each other as we went past
It was one of those days when you needed both kites set up & ready to fly , As the wind dropped of both of us flew the 5m Blurr's side by side up & down , With WRX Dazza entertaining us with his buggy antics with his Beemer 3 4m
An awesome time was had by us all , Saturday Frayz & i tried again but in just 4-8mph wind it really was hard going , Downwind was ok but heading back upwind was near impossible , Frayz was managing ok with his 5m blurr , But my 18 stone frame was struggling to get pulled along , We had an hour with a few kids over the park ,teaching then the basics of static flying with the blurrs

With a top speed of just over 22 MPH
Remember this is only over the width of 2 football piches before you have to slow down & head back the other way

LOL Mate i agree it dont sound alot
, But ..At just 2" of the floor no suspension 3 wheels & no brakes a 5 mtere kite in 20 mph winds it's scary stuff , The time you turn & head back it's time to turn again
Roll on a proper beach were we can just roll & roll , These buggies reach 50mph in expereinced users hands

Frayz has the hang of the turns better than i , He slides it in & slides it back out with a touch of opposite lock
And powers into the opposite direction It really is a joy to watch , Buggy drifting

Yeah baby, buggy drifting is so cool. Wont be long bigboy. Youre getting there. I saw you hang the back end out once or twice.
And totally agree on 22mph. Any one of you would be cacking it i bet. Its not exactly for the faint hearted.
Great fun
