Moved onto some very specialised High pressured laminated rainscreen cladding only 2 tower blocks one 19 floors the other 22 floors to get installed by July !!

yep just a shame i can only do down wind upwind no chance just another face full of mud...now got so sick of re launch all I am boved about it not letting the kite land so getting really good at being pulled along on my face for 20 yards but at least I dont have to re launch...

whats the wind like for the weekend people?

 

Sat is looking like an onshore so going to Camber for a beach session.

Well just a cheeky after work session tonight and it was bloody lovely. Wind was a pretty clean easterly coming straight in from the nearby coastline and was blowing up around the 24mph mark. Decided to bang the 6.5m up and was really nicely powered up on it, nothing too crazy, just nice.
The kite park ramps have been teasing me now for 3 months and ive never felt quite right to hit them. However i thought tonight was the night. Turns out that Shaunie had the camera on a tripod and was filming us too.
Paul set up the nice big blue ramp in the middle of the park and gave me the lowdown on how to hit it right. So thats what i did.... and whey hey, what a giggle. Had some great little jumps off of it... and one or two everso slightly large ones lol.

Now im asking myself what all the fuss was about and why i never hit them earlier. Also my uncomfortable side 2 wheels is getting better.

Cant wait till tomorrow for another sunset session... woo hoo

WOW...Had the day at Camber yesterday and...maybe, just maybe I think I might have got it

Thanks to all for the advice and making sure I was still alive each time I went face down in the Sea

But a loved it....at last up and down the beach in the sea spray...

Cant wait to the next time...just got to get some proper waterproof kit...

Glad you persevered Halesy... i think everyone struggled a bit yesterday, the beach was very wet and busy.
Maybe another session out with us before A09 will deffo get your technique polished.

Nothing quite prepares you for just how mashed your kit ends up though... lol
