LOL Just of the phone to one of my main contractors , SOS On a job in Crouch End may now see me working Sat & Sunday again

Depends on materials getting delivered to site tommorow , will keep ya posted

You lot miss out major today. blowing 23mph bang on easterly. Didnt see a cloud all day and have some major tan lines lol.

Epic session. Gonna do it all again tomorrow. If any of you really wanna get back out flying, tomorrow is teh day to do it.

Just back from a little session.

Started out on the 10.5m then went 8.5m and finished up mega over powered on the 6.5m.

Had quite a fun time going big off of the big kicker. I'll get some pics up later

Would of loved to have joined you today , but as mention earlier had a massive off on the mountain bike Saturday afternoon ( head first into the ground over the handlebars !! ) Hardly able to move my left shoulder / left knee today & ache like hell !!

Been out all day so missed out again.

Yes mate was rather nasty , like a dick i just went out in a pair of shorts & that was it , lucky enough i came of on grass thank god , but boy I'm still hurting !!

Whilst out Thursday night cycling i see a nice little downhill section of the sea wall route that i do most evenings , it has a nice little ramp @ the bottom of a ditch , my intentions were to exit the sea wall , head down the bank , over the ramp & out again , well i done that bit ok selected a nice lo gear , pedaled like billy o ready to get back up the bank & onto the sea wall , but as i turned & headed back the front wheel just dived straight down into a grassy hole ( never even see it !!) Then the rest is history , limped myself & the bike back home .

Not done the ole over the handle bar trick for @ least 25 years !! Sure it never used to hurt this much

even tho i just got married i dont live with my wife lol so when its her weekends off work i have to spend time with her and the weekends she works there's never any wind
i think she's working this weekend so what's the wind going to be like ?
