Working tommorow , No wind on Sunday , Yet another weekend slips by !!

 

 

Went out today, was really gusty and dangerous. We had 15mph with gusts up to 37mph. Paul and Shaun didnt even fly. I decided to have a go on the 4m Blade...

Never flown anything that wanted to murder you at every single oppotunity. The kites power for its size is astonishing, faster and much more angry than the 4.9m and made my 3.5m Blurr look slow!!!
Really really lifty with boost coming in like a smack in the face. Maximum respect for that one i feel lol.

Playing tomorrow by ear, but if theres wind enough for the 8.5m at least... i'll be out again all weekend

Went out today at EKP. Was mega gusty and i hadnt bothered to even take my Blurrs (big mistake!) so we all decided it was too dangerous so we has a little kite day.

I bangged some extreme lines and prolinks on the old 3.3m Sting and was tearing around the field with Paul (2.5m Blurr) and Shaun (2m Ozone devil)

Had a right laugh and even buggied in the storms that came in (40mph+ wind) and was getting air on the sting lol.

Shaun was knocking out double kiteloops on the tiny 2.5m Blurr!! lol.

Feeling pretty shot now, but desperate to get some new moves in before Atmosphere. I have 3 weeks to nail some big tricks and the weather isnt helping

 

Will do.

 

I'll take my kit with mate so we can have a fly there if you fancy it

Maybe best to make other travel arrangements as i was going to take the kite bus , but i wont really know for certain until w:c 20th
