I am quite happy with this game so far but somehow, I believe that the star wars addition is not necessary and it actually hurts the game. Don't get me wrong, I really like star wars, but in this game? hmm... Soul Calibur 2 was a much better experience than this one, especially in the single player modes. I still like SC4 but it's just not what I have expected to be.

Pete, any idea what Cassandra's flaming fireball jump in the air move is called?, I've pulled it off by fluke a couple of times and would like to find it in the moves list.

God knows mate - I have no idea of the move names - I just know how to pull some of them off.

Played for a couple of hours online, it's just full of people hitting y,y,yy,y,y,y,y,yyy,y,y,yy,y,y,y. And theres not a lot you can do against certain characters, the blocking is shocking in SC. They need to patch it so more than 3 y's and you red ring

I'll destroy anyone that does that in a match, no matter what the character Blocking worse just fine .

I'm 20-19 ranked at the moment, but haven't played ranked for a while - Yesterday I had a 20 win 1 loss session in a lobby choosing random characters (Until the Worlds best Astaroth player came in and handed my **** to me on a plate).

My TV and Controller will be meeting very soon, that fookin Arcade 450k is just annoying. SC's AI is so random.

reminds me of me and the missus settling down to play some dead or alive 4, and me reading up in advance how its all about timing and combos etc etc

worlass just batters the buttons non stop and kicks my **** 10 times in a row

traded in a few games the other day and picked SC up, had a look at the box, but something told me to put it back down (probably the mental pain of the missus destroying me on DOA)

i could just imagine her face "ohhh another one of them fighting games, like the one i beat you on 10 times in a row"

I found going up not too bad, it's going down I'm still struggling with Think the lowest I've got is level 34. Takes so damn long that I've only tried it about three times. Shame you don't have a one shot save that you can use at any time to set yourself a backup point. Would at least be not so bad starting from level 20 each time.
