You can PM me for payment details (PayPal or bank transfer). The current price is £21 including PayPal's charge (£20 if you bank transfer/cash/cheque).
To all the guys waiting for info on the 08/09 cars. There's a chap that I've been talking to via email who's on the case. I just need a map of the outputs/inputs on the back of the switch but he's been a bit busy lately and hasn't had time to get the info for me.
Anyone on the Isle of Wight with an 08/09 car who fancies bringing it over to me so's I can have a butchers? Preferably someone who knows how to get the switch out without damaging the trim (I've never removed one from a newer car and don't want to be responsible for knackering someone's trim!)

Well, with thanks and mucho respect to Paul (Scooby Wagon), we have a working module on an '08 STI and fitting instructions to boot. A true gent.
Looks like it's quicker to fit one to the newer cars than the old ones! Anyone who would like one, pop a PM to me for payment details.

Just a quick question:
In my car, when I turn the ignition off, it cuts everything off. So if the windows or mirrors were in mid-movement they would stop as soon as I switch off. Will this still happen with your gadget? or does this somehow utilise a permanent feed so the mirrors will carry on folding even when the keys are out of the ignition?
Many thanks.

A mate of mine with an 08 sti has just got one of these off you and is well pleased with it.
The only thing I would like to know, Is there any way of over riding it.
eg car shows where you would want you mirror folded out.
Is the only way to do it is to pull your mirrors back out by hand?

Does your car have the three-position switch? In/Off/Out?

Yes it has that switch, three buttons, one to fold in and out. One to select left and right for the third button to agjust mirror angle .
How does it fit? Is it simple enough ? I'm willing to give it a try as a guinea pig If that's ok

Carl, I'm sorry but I don't know. I don't have access to the newer cars. A couple of people have successfully fitted modules to 08 STIs. If PR08RAD has one then there is only one left and I shan't be making any more for a wee while. You can try, but there's no guarantees.

I've just checked my PayPal account and I've not had a payment from you my friend. I replied to your PM on the 26th and gave you the PayPal address but I've not heard anything since...
I'm afraid it's too late now as I don't have any left. I will make some more soon.
