We dont carry the inverted in stock so cant offer them at the special price Im afraid. Theyre £849 with around 7 working days to get them here

I can do free carriage to youbut cant offer any deal on the units themselves as its going to cost us £120+vat to airfreight them.

scooby1wrx,

I dont deal with orders and havent been here all week so I dont know the score with your order Im afraid. If you tell me your full name then Ill have a look but youre best off phoning the office for specific order updates

I received my set of BC's for my 2006 STi and am very pleased with their appearance. Thanks Bren & Team.
Can anyone tell me what the height settings will be "out the box" as I don't want to overly lower my car. What do I do to keep the car as near standard height as possible?

Theyll be very low out of the box. Youll need to set the height again if you want near standard height

Thanks Bren,
Is there a procedure for setting the height before fitting?
Are the springs also pre-set for the right pre-load?
Where can I get the data on the Spring - wire diameter and Free height?

Spring replaod is preset but I would always advise double checking before installation. We advise 5mm of preload so back the locking collar off until the spring just become loose and then back up 5mm.

Spring diameter, length and kg.mm is all printed on the springs themselves.

Add 30mm length or 15turns to front and back struts and that will be about 25mm drop from std. They are very low out of the box.

You want to leave 40mm of damper still withing the bottom mount.

Thanks

Sorry, spring rates on what? we can offer a range of rates, what car are you running, are you doing track work and what are your normal driving roads like? Smooth duel carriageways, ok A roads or lumpy bumpy country?

Sorry the kit you were quoting for ccmr30. The roads around us are pretty bad, but I often do long runs on the motorway and find the stock sti suspension fidgety, it never seems to settle . I've spoken to prwatts who has 5/4 springs on his coilovers and says the ride is 300% better with these coilovers which is what I'm after really. I've had it a year and not been on a track yet, probably never will! Well maybe the Nurburgring one day!
Thanks

vance1,

Our standard road going kit for the GDB is 6/5kg.mm. They offer a great compromise between ride and performance. Theyre in stock and ready to go.

1 set only, plenty of the 6/5 kits - assuming UK 03 STi and not import, only 1 set of 6/5 available for the import 03 STi with the 5x114.3 hubs as on the UK 05+ STi
