LOL, no that is not true.

We have speed limits and plenty of nice men in uniform who regularly and a little too enthusiastically enforce them

Oh.... whats a motorway? Hey... I'm writing a "speech to inform" for my speech class. I'm trying to do it on rally racing and/or WRC's. This is what I have so far: "We all can appreciate a good car; for its looks, its performance, and even its popularity. But what do rally drivers look for? The Subaru WRC, a two time world rally race championship car, is admired and preferred by most in the rally community. The suspension, AWD, and turbocharged engine are just a few of the things that make up this incredible car."
What do you think? Any suggestions or comments?

A motorway is like your Freeways , But only usually 3 or 4 lanes wide (each way)

Its effectively the computer that controls the engines functions (fuel and ignition mainly). Different ECU maps (programs) make the engine react differently..more power, less power, different torque curve etc

Christ!! even with the whole "Im American and dont know stuff about the rest of the world" thing, this girl is about as ignorant as anyone Ive ever come accross!!

Read stuff twice before you ask what it means, as this may help you to figure out a few things for yourself, and appear less helpless. How many times do you have to hear the punchline before you catch a joke?
