Yeah but you have to be careful there though mate. Dubai has zero tolerance of any drugs. I mean ZERO tolerance... people have been imprisoned for having trace elements on the bottom of their shoes or a trace in their pockets.

I can see their point but it's a bit harsh if you've just walked over something that someone else has thrown away on the plane

It's a good job he didn't live in Saudi, they would have hung him.

If it was his what was he thinking.

Colly as well, their form has dropped right off, Colly looked awful in the 2nd inns of the 2nd test, like an amateur, Ravi Bopara must be rubbing his hands with glee, KP is doing the business, as I suggested he needed to do

11th test without making 400 in the first innings, lets see what tomorrow brings.

Heard the fuss about the forthcoming new trousers? different texture at the top to help shine the ball - it's true

Yeah, Vettori was questioned by Aggers this morning and he just laughed and said we've had them for 3 tests and no one has worn them yet !!

Twenty20 this evening chaps

Clashing badly with Italy v Romania and Holland v France, I can see a fight breaking out in the office tonight, I'm going to have to pull rank and confiscate the Sky remote

Also think NZ are great value at 11/10 to beat England, that said the Allen Stanford "deal" should see every England player busting his nuts just so he can go to the W.I. in November and hopefully grab himself £500K +

I know what you mean, he was playing some lovely shots, but the England guys have always said what a natural talent he is and one of the most natural batsmen we have, he just isn't consistent enough, he'd never make Milambers starting XI

I can't disagree with your comments boys, at time he's truly impressive but they are few and far between AND his fielding is dreadful.

In my opinion he puts in a few dismal performances and gets to the point of being dropped and then manages to pull 1 amazing innings out the bag (never 2 ) and then his jobs safe for a while and so the cycle continues.

KP on form today

We're having a bit of a good run of form at the moment, plenty of time to lose it before the next world cup

It was a magnificent knock and the two left handed 6's were majestic, an unbelieveable skill, I can't believe they are trying to ban it already, it's no worse than a reverse sweep imho, just much fookin harder to pull off !!! Also a cracking knock from Owais.

The MCC "approved" KP's shot, and so they should !

Even Styris was positive about it

Been out tonight to see Yazoo at the hammersmith odeon

Sounds like I missed an odd game, love this quote from the bbc

"McCullum looks like a man who has just got home from a party with the most beautiful girl in the world only to discover his mate has got his mum staying and she's sleeping in his bed.

Oh well it had to happen at some point, lost today

Some good fielding from the Kiwi's, bad shots from us and we had the usual "Bell handicap" although up to the point he lost concentration it looked like one his rare match-winning innings.
