Hi,
I want to tell you that I sent a PM to Dazdavies on 22b.com yesterday.
The status of my PM is "read by recipient". But he did not answer me.
I don't understand ! He doesn't want to send me the gearbox that I bought with him ?
He bought his last car with the money I gave him for the gearbox...
The payment was made on february the 10th.
Could you help me please ?

He always seemed honest. I talked a lot with him by msn messenger.
He gave me a lot of advices ! I thought he was a honest person !
But I don't understand why he doesn't answer me since the 2nd of April.

It looks on the face of it, that there is something wrong if he refuses to answer your pm's

There was another thread recently about another guy who had problems, but after a lot of badgering from other scooby members, he paid up the refund.

How hard can it be?
You pay money you get goods, you don't get goods, you get money back.
While he is happily building a new car your without your goods and your money.
Bad news, and a poor show on the sellers part, Scoobynet should take action if the sale was on this forum.

This is shocking. If I was Daz, I'd be on here in a shot to defend myself!
Obviously, he has ripped you off. Let's hope he can state otherwise. Feckin scumbag!

Ok here goes. This is the one and only post I will be making relating to this matter on this thread or any other.

I've emailed Adrien an explained what's happened. It's my fault this has gone **** up and I've explained that in an email to him.

All of you witch hunters jumping on the band wagon can kiss my **** frankly.
I've not intentionally ripped anyone off and I do hope to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

This has got absolutely nothing to do with anyone but myself and Adrien and I will do all I can to see this situation is resolved ASAP.

No I haven't gone to ground my server is moving so will be down for a couple of days thats all.

Hopefully that will put a stop to any speculation and myself and Adrien can resolve this matter without anyone getting involved in something that doesn't even remotely concern them.

Cheers

Daz

Adrien came on here looking for some help as he hadn't heard from you, and as far as i can see in this thread people have been doing their best to help this guy out. You obviously hadn't been in contact with him, and he was worried about losing his dosh. So why are you so touchy when all people want is for this guy to get his money back (or the gearbox he bought). Non delivery of goods 3 months after payment is at best shocking customer service, at worst...

At least it would appear he has now got contact with you again, which was the purpose of this thread.

I wonder if it would have been resolved unless his beloved scoobynet chums hadn't kicked up a bit of a stink!

If you are selling items on a forum and one customer highlights the fact that you have had his dosh for 3 months and they are yet to receive any goods, then ofcouse it blo*dy well concerns us.

Shouldn't that be enough?

I do understand where you're all coming from. It's also good to see S/Netters doing their bit for the community spirit and all that.
Had this been a case of a straightforward underhand rip off then fair enough but that is not the case.

I have admitted to Adrien that its nobody's fault but my own that this transaction has gone wrong.

Adrien and I are dealing with the matter amiciably and between ourselves. That's all you good folks need to know. Hopefully everyone can get back to doing whatever it is they do without stirring the broth and making matters worse.

Cheers

I don't recall ever selling you anything. Please highlight exactly what it is you're refering to as I honestly have absolutely no idea!!!
