another one of my hates so far is the american bikers down the subway level, i have a feeling i am far better off just following them and not trying to shoot them while down the subway, getting around the trains while trying to shoot them is a nightmare
i did notice once that i thought i had lost them as they jumped down into the subway, but they seamed to hang about at the entrance waiting for me to catch up, if this is the case i might just jump off the bike, walk around and snipe them
pretty much convinced most missions have a "very easy" way of doing them if you can discover it.
the amount of times i have took a step back, had a think of things and then did the mission in a much easier way, etc etc
did a fair few missions just by not rushing in, walking well back so they cant shoot me, and just popping them all one by one with the sniper rifle, that one where soembody is on the second floor of an apartment block for example
rushed in the first time, he just starts legging it away upstairs all the time.
second time i had a walk about and found a spot i could get to him without even going upstairs, just stood from the ground level and sniped him

Im disapointed with the game, I have finished the story, but now I have nothing to do apart from play darts, pool, bowling etc, I cant go to the airport and take a private jet for a fly, or a jumbo, I cant invade an army base and steal an AH-60 apache
In my opinion the graphics are superb, the cars are good, everything is better than before but they have toned down what you could do before completely

Yep it works fine for me too.
You really need it to in some of the missions where you have to take on a lot of people. Bugger doing missions like the one where you rescuse Roman from the warehouse - Or even Near the beginning when Dmitri pull his stunt without it.

don't get me wrong, on the whole it works fine, but I found it quite annoying then you're locked on someone hiding behind a wall when there's other villains standing in the open.

Strangely I didn't lose all the weapons I ran out of ammo on though, I went back to the gun shop and it let me buy ammo for one of the guns that had 'disappeared' off my list and once I bought just the ammo I had the gun back again. However i've lost both the uzi bought for me and the one I went and bought after losing the first one
I just use the weapon and health cheat. It's added a little more life to the game.
I'm 30% in and pretty much fed up with it now. It' s all the same, drive somewhere to get a mission, drive somewhere else to kill someone, repeat, forever.
Anyone know how much the trade in on this is?

I played it this weekend with the GF. Very impressed. More of the same maybe, but they've got it down to a fine art now!
A comment from the GF summed it up: "I don't mind watching you play this one; it's a bit like watching a film".
The only real dissapointment for me was when you first get lucky with Michelle.....what a cop out!!!

pick up a hooker, drive down an alleyway only wide enough for 1 car and the doors wont open properly, then pay for the top service, you can scroll the view around and see a bit of bonkage

I've done the online co-op missions, quite enjoyable really but there's only 3 of them - a bit Rainbow 6-esque, they'll certainly need a good strategy and half decent chopper pilot to beat the times set by Rockstar.

Finished all the missions now. Must admit that with one or two exceptions, they seemed a bit on the easy side (did 90% of them on the first try). Just got some police missions, and a few races to go now for a few more gamer points
