A few bits today...boost solonoid connector sorted, from this
To this
Topfeed connectors also sorted, so out with these...
And on with these. All the connectors were from Ren at Zen...ta
Remote ps reservoir...yeah I know I already have one but I wanted -AN fittings and this one matches my swirl pot. Thanks to Tony for bearing with me, I paid for this over a year ago and only chased him last week
Just need to decide where to mount the reservoir...adapter fitted.
PITA job sorted as well this 'arvo, moving the loom around (again) so I'm happy with the swirl pot fit.
Managed to find a photo of the bracket I need to mount the clutch actuator, blew it up to actual size and made a template to help give me an idea of what I need to do. No wiser...just can't see how it needs to sit, fresh set of eyes (and grey matter) required I think.

Hahahaha I love your optimism Micky...been busy with house, got promoted and life in general. The good news is I've decided not to buy a Cayman until this is running else I'll never finish it; so a bit of added motivation there I hope. Understand how long term projects get broken now, you just loose interest as time passes and can't be arsed with it!

You are right of course Trev...would be great to finish it and I have given it a little thought as I think I may be ignoring it 'cos it's got to the difficult bits now!!!
You were always going to beat me to it...I've not even been on here so haven't seen your progress

I'm not often right but I'm never wrong
I agree with you Ian - the difficult fiddly jobs, that when finished don't look like you've done much, are really difficult to get motivated over.
Keep plugging away fella!! Like I've said before - all the blood sweat and tears will be worth it the first time you stamp on the loud pedal

Yeah Micky I now have my own pinny
I also have a bit of additional motivation; lovely new woman is currently interested (!) in it's progress...and that ain't gonna last long if I don't actually do something

And get this bloody car finished! At least the new mrs is interested so make the most of it........!
My mrs has even started showing a little interest in my car and has even volunteered to pay for the flat foot shifting and adjustable launch control
