Well, Just had my Scoob remapped by Alan Jeffery "Engine tuner" and I can honestly say that I still dont know who the best mapper is I say this coz I have only had the experience of 1 map by 1 individual. What I can say is that I would recommend Alan and his son Martyn to anyone that wants a remap .They were very knowledgable and friendly .I was a bit dissapointed at first.....as my scoob wasn't pushing out as much as I originally thought but this was soon rectified. After the remap I gained 40bhp at full revs...at one point I gained 70 bhp over what my scoob was at and a good increase in torque!!
As I have found out its not all about bhp figures,The car feels alot smoother throughout the rev range and the general drivability has improved greatly.
It feels as though the top end has improved the most,it pulls like a train from 3k revs.I must also say thanks to the copper who I went past at 135mph while test driving her for not nicking me and only gesturing to me to slow down .
All in all I had I good day today. Thanks Alan and Martyn, You will most probably be seeing me again when I've saved up some more pennies.

Many thanks for that Martin!
Your car wasn't bad to start with, just par for the course, with spiky boost and rich mixture. It all goes to show the value of having it mapped properly, and how much there is to gain!
It was nice to meet you and show you around, and of course we're glad you decided on us!
