You think you lot have had problems...well that's nowt to the crisis I've got here at home right now 
Sainsbury's didn't deliver the 2 packs of Corona I had ordered. Worst of it is... Ive paid for them according to the receipt. Funny how the only thing Mike noticed was missing was the beer
So that's customer services had a bollocking and I'm left waiting for the dozey driver to turn up with Mike's beer

Claire - To be a leader of anything it takes a lot of courage and conviction. People may not appreciate it at times as they do not quite understand what the actual job entails but at the end I am sure they appreciate the responsibilities you undertake.
Personally, the way you and Aileen took interest in my situation a few weeks ago says it all - you're girls are the best!
