what speakers should i get?
Oh btw, I just used the wire that's already there for the factory speakers. You really don't need to strip it all out and replace it with thicker stuff, it's perfectly fine. Just change the connectors on the end and perhaps solder them if you know how, and that's it.
oh well, got all my stuff today, corsa adapter AND the sound proofing..
nobody told me that the corsa adapter had various sizes..
the one i got is uneven on thickness, and doesn't fit my speakers.

guess what i did instead, i raced to halfrauds for the correct ones
(£15) so the 2 adapters have now cost me in total £27 FFS
anyway i thought i saw it mentioned get some spade connectors..
FFS WHY? it is too fat to go anywhere. so thats 89p gone to waste.
the adapter screw holes aren't perfect but i got 2 in anyway.. tuff i'm getting fed up.
so what happened now?
extended the tweeter cables cos they're too short, extended the original speaker cables but gonna change them to the choc-o-bloc ones. cos they're more secure.
but its too dark to do anything now.
so i done nothing, tested the speakers and it sounds alright.
so now the door pamel is off on the driver seats and the "box" is hanging there, i don't know where to secure it, i don't even know how to stick it on. i think i'm gonna use velcro.
so first thing in the morning tomorrow.
sound proof, choc-o-bloc, install tweeter, fit the "box, test and hopefuly fingers crossed thats the driver side done ....phew..
and do you know the RED connectors on the tweeters are slightly wider. so its not a direct fit in the "box"
i'm pi55ed off
