I don't think he was crying about his insurance ya inflammatory bugger
, merely stating his annoyance at the stupid prices that most of us have to pay! 
I think the fairly obvious intent was that he wanted to get info on decent insurers who may quote cheaper
(which I'm glad to hear he has a decent result from) and to state what everyone finds out about this insurance myth at 25, it doesn't get a whole lot cheaper and it's really the NCB's that make the most difference imho of course
