Glad you can see the point I was making all along.
I wonder if you are more highly medically qualified than the independent doctor whose report stated that I am "seriously disabled" as I mentioned. You must be really good if you can diagnose my disablity more accurately than him without even having seen me!

Or are you unable to admit that you just might be wrong with your accusation?

how is this so hard for people to understand
i have a little girl who is 2 and a half yrs old and a litle boy who is 13 mths
i had to park all the way over the other side of the car park then struggle with two tiny children until i found a trolley
is this fair just because some cnts cant be arsed to fid a space and walk
i dont think so and i will be adding used nappies to every car i see using a space without a car seat and as there were a few scoobies in tescos haydock car park on friday youve been warned
after speaking to the security mgr he told me to take a picture of the reg then they (tesco) would inform the driver of the car that they were contravening regulations and were getting a warning , if they re offend a ban from the store via epos is the result

Bet these are the same people that go all green eyed when they see someone sail past the queues and check in business class and would never give their seat up for a pregnant woman on a bus/train Thy have just as much human rights as a woman who once had sex after all!!!!

Thats quite good! And very apt for some of the people on here.

Question

As mentioned, I've not paid this & have now received a "reminder". Offence was 14 March, reminder is dated 02 May albeit that it didn't arrive until 08 May. Apparently it will rise to £90 if not paid by 06 June.

My thinking is that 80% of people pay up based upon ticket on screen; of remaining 20%, 80% pay up based upon reminder that I've just received. That just leaves 4% who haven't paid ... I'm banking that they won't chase down this 4% (incl me) as it's too much hassle / cost. What do you think?

What I imagine they do is 'sell' the debt to a collection agency who love the hassle and rewards available for people who work %'s

As an addendum to this thread I parked my foreign registered car in a Tesco mother and child space about 2 weeks ago waiting for a friend to pick it up as I was abroad on business. He informs me it got a ticket which I advised him to throw directly on the floor next to the car and then leave the car park.
In the unlikely event I hear anything from the scum that put it on there and they get any money out of me I'll let you know

Debt collectors have to be authorised by a county court; so forget bullies. Also Ken Livingstone is gone, so Boris is rescinding all causes of motorist misery within M25; the rest of us just get free prescriptions. Britain is ON THE UP!!!!

I'll also let you know about having to walk my young daughter through the carpark, due to inconsiderate idiots using the appropriate child spaces.

I take it if I have to park in the standard spaces, I'm now allowed to have no respect for other cars? I'm gonna enjoy dinging you.

Post up your car and plate, with a rough location.

I know, I know. Your not part of the gene pool, so can't see the problem.

If anyone feels like giving him a trolling infraction...

If you are serious, I would almost go as far as to say I'm shocked you can sit there and call someone scum for giving you a ticket based on that story. Not only have you abused a specialist space, you weren't even using the store to shop. THB, based on that small amount of information, I'd imagine you got the ticket, not for parking in the incorrect bay, but because the likelihood is, your car was there too long, as free parking is only for a certain amount of time, as I'm sure you know.

As I say if this isn't a wind up, without sounding unkind, I hope you do get hit for the fine. The attendant was doing their job, and even though on every level, you were in the wrong, you have the nerve to call them scum.

Obviously I won't get hit for a fine as they have no way of tracing me easily and if they did it would go straight in the bin.
I don't recognise spaces for breeders as being of significance. Disabled spaces on the other hand I'd NEVER park in under any circumstances.

BTW in the unlikely event you ever see my LHD Mercedes 300TE superhack in your local supermarket carpark and want to add yet another dent to it then feel free.
edit to add: Odds on calling for someone to dish out infractions sounds rather like trolling to me not to mention open abuse of the system. I won't be infracting you for doing so however.
