But can it be my MAF as when I un-plug it when the car is on idle she cuts out if so how much is a new MAF and oxygen sensor.

reset the ecu (incase you haven't already) as the codes will be stored even if you replace the sensors and will still show up.

How do I reset it and will this effect my mods or ecutek?

After I have reset it can I just disconnect the connectors and carry on driving or not also does it effect my remap and mods?

I wouldn't think so but check with whoever mapped your car.
