bit of bad news recieved today - bristol council said we had to PAY to have picture infront of mansion house and that the person who said it was ok was only part of catering department and had no right to say we could have 1 picture done - when asked how much it cost they wanted £250 for 1 picture!!!!! Have withdrawn from that idea and are now in emergancy planning stage!

I would like to take this opportunity to say a very big THANK YOU to the welsh lot who came along today for this meet, even though you gave me a heart attack when i was counting you into the layby for the pick up!! got to 8 and yet there was still more of you!!!!
It was amazing to meet you all and great to catch up with some old friends. Look forward to returning the favour and coming over to wales for a meet with yourselves sometime soon.
I hope you didnt get to lost on the way home and that you had a safe journey back - Did you get a discount on the severn bridge for pure entertainment value??????
