If I had 30K I HAD to spend on one Impreza it would be a 2door classic tuned to perfection....not for outright track/power but for everyday useability...

Just to upset (me) and a few others, how about a 400 bhp Focaru thingy from one of the few dealers left open ? And some mods too !

Why do I choose the Classic.....I guess you've seen the Mcrae vid titled has anyone seen this...well that's why.
And as for long term investment, yes I probably will end up spending well in excess of 30k on my 14yr old RA....

I'd do what the yanks on NASIOC.com do. Widebody classic, with the chassis and drivetrain from the best newage car I could find, along with the interior etc. Best looks, and best performance. Why widebody you say? So the wider newage stuff can fit !
Thought classic turbos weren't sold in the States ? I take it you mean Yanks importing JDMs ?
