2) Good luck with the bugeye. Sportscat/decat exhaust and remap to get from 215bhp to 270 to 280bhp.

my old sport had an sti exhaust and that was nowhere near 160 bhp,i think the highest sport bhp on the impreza sport site was about 140bhp (powerstation rollers),so i think your 160bhp is very optomistic.its a very difficult and expensive job to get good gains out of a 2.0n/a.
do what ive done get a nice turbo for the weekend and an astra diesel for work.also im paying the same in insurance for a ppp turbo as i was for a modded sport.the sport is still a great car, concentrate on the handling and brake mods but if speed is your priority save time and money get a turbo.

All other cars ran correct and true. One of the cars ran the same on a different set of rollers the week later. Rolers were correct.

All the HELP was much apreciated. It doesn't take much to get more from an engin.

I have started tohe process to get a BugEye turbo. We'll see what I can do with that.

jmonkey : Going from 125 to 164 bhp is an achievment. Getting the first 40 bhp may not be too difficult but I assure you that getting the next 20 bhp is climbing a mountain and 20 bhp on top of that is lightyears away.
The laws of diminishing returns. Trust me I know.
