Rab, im leaning more and more to the fact that its an STi ver1, alloy cam pulleys and a closed deck block i notice, make sure you have the correct head gaskets mate! PM me them codes when you get a chance!I rebuilt mine last year mate and bought blueprint gaskets! The closed deck block uses a different gasket i got mine at Roger Clark Motorsport - Home or GGR do the ones for a closed deck block if you can afford it fit an RCMS oil pump 150quid iirc Subaru Parts at Graham Goode Racing

Back down at it today but not for as long as had planned
started to bolt on a few more bits and bobs
Cam shafts back in
Crank sprocket and water ways fitted
engine mounts replaced and stainless steel sump bolts
Still waiting on my timing belt and unorthodox racing lightened crank pulley arriving
