my Harvey Smith built TD05/06 20G hybrid turbo arrived today with ported wastegate and exhaust housing.

cant wait to get it fitted.
Also have an autronic ECU to fit and get mapped at the same time so should see a healthy increase in bHP and torque.

Very nice. Hope you've got some money set aside for the transmission.

OK got the car back today and oh my god i love antilag lol.

stop the car, floor the accelerator, and listen while the antilag turns your exhaust into a machine gun flames and pops then side step the clutch then SEE YA.

Ollie has a few vids of the car on the road. it is relentless and just eats up the road.
We werent able to do a power run on the rollers but will hopefully get one done asap to see what the official power figure is.

It was 340 and the car just feels so much sharper and torquierthan before.

Autronic SM4 highly recommended

Love the carbon, proper sleeper that lol, should be able to keep up if not pass some of the big boys lol.

Liking the idea of carbonising the P1 front end never heard of anyone doing it before so hopefully it'll look good for you.

Is it a genuine P1 front end or just a re-make? was thinking about one for my typeR but can't find the fog lights for them anywhere...

ok wee update time then lol

The autronic is in and working very well with antilag and launch control coming standard woohoo.

Running 1.5 bar and no worries as yet, still have no rolling road figure but hopefully Saturday will correct that and see what the car is pushing out now.

now the car has a nice HKS EVC 6 boost controller fitted

then gave it a full clean on Sunday using DODO juice lime prime to remove the worst of the swirls then DODO juice purple haze to wax

Then added some nice seat decals

Car has come a LONG way since you bought it as a "practical" car. Bet you never planned on doing this many mods to it

Loving all the carbon fibre bits.

Also, the prodrive sticker is a neat touch to the seats.
Any idea if it would stick to alcantara?

cheers guys i actually got the seat decals off a guy on here who sells them on ebay. Where they are located on the seat your back rarely touches so im sure they will be durable enough

The Stroker kit increases the cc of the car from 2.0 to 2.2 giving higher BHP and torque

@boobiman im sure they would stick to alcantara though i would be the keenest to put a hot iron onto alcantara and no never planned to do any mods at all tbh, but once i started it was all downhill from there lol.
The car will be on the rollers this saturday to see what sort of power it is putting out. should be interesting

yeah JTaylor lol sounds a bit of a contradiction there.

I have the ppg box in now so can do a few launches without worrying about the gearbox getting spread all over the road haha
