Ive had two chav's with my wingmirror who did the hole jump out and crab walk trying to look "ard" i did the "try" to swerve but didnt quite make it both times police called and they were found at fault and mirror paid for Funny watching them roll around the floor holding there ****.

Funny you should say that, he was black, but then that doesnt really have anything to do with the fact he was were he shouldnt be

So with SM going for the guy as he turned in, if he had hit, it would have been SM's fault as the guy had right of way.
I misunderstood the bit about the junction. Yes you are right in that circumstance.
