Won't be attending this as my car is currently being rebuilt to track spec...
would someone ask for me if AI rent out their rollers for customers who want to use a 3rd party mapper, and if so how much £ per hour?
Cheers

Now onto the newage cars which include blobeye and hawkeye variations
Ian...Silver STI....270bhp exp, 281bhp actual
Brocks...Blue STI PPP....295bhp exp, 315bhp actual
Dessie...Blue STI (Performance Subaru)....380bhp exp, 422bhp actual
Jimmy...Blue Hawkeye Spec C ( )....340bhp exp, 350bhp actual
Geoff...Blue STI PPP....320bhp exp, 296bhp actual
Dee...RB320....316bhp exp, 325bhp actual
There were also a few others run, and they are shown below.....
Robert...Legacy B4....260bhp exp, 246bhp actual
Karl... Evo 8 FQ320....350bhp exp, 364bhp actual
Stoney...Corolla Supercharged....218 exp, 217.9bhp actual
So the award of car of the day has to go to Des in his performance Subaru prepared 422bhp car......stunning looking outside, glorious when the bonnets up, and it goes as well as it looks!!!!
Have to also mention Robert in Legacy, as the auto transmission didnt work too well on the rollers, lowering the max bhp figure due to gearshifts not allowing the car to be held in gear in the same way as the others on test, but a stunning example all the same....
Also, Stoney complaining about a 0.1bhp loss from factory spec did nothing but prove the accuracy of the AI Autosport rolling road set up !!!!
So a great day was had by all, and many thanks must go to Neill for starting the interest levels in such a meeting (then bailing out LOL ). Thanks again to Johnny and Phil, and mostly thanks to those who turned up and ran thier cars....made for a cracking day out and one I'm sure will be repeated to find out if the new moderations are doing what their supposed to LOL
Cheers folks!

ur car will be heavier than a 225
the gear u start in
gear changes
etc etc......
wot horsepower did u get at the rollers
#147
HHH1234 dont know if the rollers are right but a lot of figures add up to say they are close enough in some cases, such as the RB320 with 325bhp and Brocks car with 315bhp, should be 305 i think etc etc!!
Im well impressed with the torque i got (300lbft ) wasnt expecting that, but the car does feel good on the road now with the new ecu/front mount etc so hoping its right!! Cant wait to get another dyno run when i get my new turbo/injectors etc
Great day anyway!!

I would be convinced the rollers ARE accurate, one of the last cars to run was the Corolla, factory gives it 218bhp, and the rolling road gave it 217.9bhp......and thats fairly close to me!

Scooby AI Meeting
Yeah guys, thoroughly enjoyed the day and must say there was some pretty smart looking scoobs up for show with some great power outputs to boot.
I was actually very surprised at the outputs of some of the classics that were tested especailly the 'RB's which there were 4 off......all seemed to have very good power upto and around the 300brake value with just the slightest of mods breathed on them. Very similar in fact the the Pulsar/Sunny Gti-R......slap and exhaust on, raise boost to 1 bar and hey presto!!!!!Bargain in my eyes
Brock - Im with you on the roller scenario, very accurate in my opion especially with Stoney's Corrola, the gorgeous RB320 and even my space shuttle - Excellent.
Cheers again lads and oppologies for bringing an Evo to a Subaru meet....Im gonna get wasted on the MLR (Mitsubishi Lancer Registry) for this
Cheers,
Jones
ps. It was also Carl with a 'C' not a K, it is a rare Evo 8MR and not a FQ320 and yes I was expecting at least 360bhp
