First of all thankyou to everyone who has shown interest so far...
1800 is the time to get there from, we wont be eating untill later on around 8ish.... I am awaiting for the owner to recontact me, if I dont hear from him I will be going there before work tommorrow to finalise it all with him.

Right everyone, I am working off numbers from the list on page one of the link which I have kept updated.
I am going to sort out the final arrangements for this now and will update as soon as I get back home.
I am going to try and get some leeway and see if we can have extra space for 10 people as I know people may not have seen this thread yet from both clubs.

Need to give the venue final numbers by beginning of next week so be quick and get your names down, if the time is an issue this can be worked around.
I will be there from 6pm to organise but we will be eating 830ish

 

hi Simon apologies for non reply not long got back from smacs ring tour 07, anyways i think u tried to pm me about xmas dinner but pm box was full so never recieved it! anyways will have to drop out of this i think as i work nightshifts at morrisons distibution centre and they amend our rotas on wks up to xmas to allow for extra workload so not knowing my rota at mo! will not be able to confirm wether i can attend, again v.sorry and thanks for invite hope you have a good meal and xmas rgds Al.

Big thanks to Simon for organising this get together and xmas doo. The food was wonderful as usual, the company the best you could hope for.
Here's to many more events over the coming year with the WYIOCS.

Just a pity the SMACS couldn't have put up a better turnout, heyho, I'm sure you were all very very busy
