Well please explain MODs as I'd love to know how I can be infracted by a non registered user? Not once but twice

According to my User CP both infractions are from non registered users.

System is bo77ox I dont mind being infracted for stuff that is clearly wrong but that is clear abuse and why has it not been sorted by the Mods? Otherwise whats the point of having Mods in the first place?
