DSG have lost a huge amount of money due to treating their Customers like dirt ...... it really is as simple as that.
John Lewis don't seem to be suffering despite charging higher prices!
Customer Service is where it's at and as long as DSG keep ignoring this important part of selling things they will suffer ..... and, as more know about it/get burned, more will avoid them like the plague.
It's so simple, treat your customers well and they return!!

Wouldn't that be poetic justice?
They lost the cost of the TV and Court Costs AND got a thread running explaining to whoever wanted to look (over 24,000 did) that they treat Customers extremely badly.
It would be so much cheaper to employ a proper Customer Service Team to step in when the 'TechGuys' are confused!
New TV - about £300?
Bad Press - about £20 Million!!
