Still nowt .......... do you reckon they will STILL be awkward, or simply pay up?

How do I find out how many CCJ's they have against them?

Doesnt the judgement give a set time to come up with the cheque? Surely they cannot prevaricate as long as they like? Everything else has had a time limit on it?

We may yet get our picnic at court Les if he has to take em to court to get his cheque. Looking forward to meeting you.

The judgement said 'Forthwith' ...... which means "At once; immediately"

Assuming they received the judgement 26th Feb. and prossessed the cheque on 29th Feb. ........ I 'should' have the cheque in hand today or tomorrow.

B-B and Les .... the next step if that I send the Bailiffs in .... that is a visit to the Court, but just to hand over the instructions

Will they simply ignore the Court? I guess WatchDog would be interested then?

Is it possible to have a Link?

I'm not too impressed that only 1 of the above is Satisfied and that took 6 months

I like the Basingstoke one at £42,175 ........ holy crap!

Does the above mean that I may not get my money after all? Why have the above not sent the Bailiffs in?????? Seems suspicious?

I can only e-mail credit reports as its a secure system thats taken from but let me know your e-mail and I'll send it over. The reason the payments aren't shown as received is as the claimant you have to be bothered to tell the court they've paid. I know I've never bothered when getting CCJ's against customers

There might be more than that... isn't it the case that if you settle a CCJ within a set period (a month?), it's struck from the record?

Pete, after 14 day,s i would file for enforcement.

However i would suspect that in the scheme of things, the old "30 days" accounting would come back as reasonable time.

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cheque for the FULL amount dropped on my doormat today!!

Thank you DSG Retail ..... it could have been so much cheaper, simpler and better for you had you treated me like a valued Customer.

Take note and start treating your Customers like the best do - when a Customer says that a fault is unacceptable .... it is unacceptable!!

Marker in the sand for future reference ..... a single pixel fault IS reason for rejection - whatever bollox they may try to force-feed you.

Just they didn't want it tested in Court as they would lose!

So, little people .... you CAN win against the big boys, just do not let them bully you into accepting the unacceptable!!

Consumers unite!!!!

Thread will now disappear into ScoobyNet history - thanks for watching, thanks for listening and thanks to those who encouraged me
