Now, LUCO, there are alternatives if the driver in question elects not to do the gracious thing and apologise

An alternative is to report the incident on My Road Rage - reports and statistics of bad drivers, along with car make and registration number
BMW has 10% while Subaru has just 1%!
Let's help keep that at 1% and hope that an apology might be forthcoming
