But ONE known incident about a person recognising a car and taking revenge, cannot be a serious reason for not quoting no plates, if someone is stupid.
a. It was ONE case, Im sure there are 100's more where nothing such happended.
b, If someone had a grudge, they could recognise a scoobie, in the trader without the numberplate. Colour/wheels/modifications are ofen unique.
c. BEFORE you should even consider such a thing, you should first ban anyone using user name like their own name.
Its mentality like that, which gave us the accursed Human Rights act, which written to cover a small number of cases, but then abused to cover so much more.
