Heroes..

half way into the series, not hooked on it at all but hooked on it enough to have to watch the next one just to see when it gets exciting. I can see its going the way of Lost in that it will end on a mother-off-all-so-called-cliffhangers without explaining anything.
Will probably watch the 2nd series 3rd 4th 5th 6th...i would have hoped that it would be bought out by sky and shown there instead so i can stop watching it but theyve done that already so i need some other excuse to pull me away...

Nar the story ends at the end of Series 1 which is a refreshing change. But Series 2 starts of as a new storyline but with the same characters

I'm really enjoying it. More gripping than Lost was - for me anyway! I'm glad the story ends at the end of the series. Does it explain everything cos I'm a little confused right now!

Yeah everything falls into place although it does leave a couple of questions but enough answered for you to be happy with the ending IMO.

Great! Sometimes I think it's pointless watching stuff if it leaves you with more unanswered questions than answered. I'd be disappointed if Heroes went that way too.
BTW, did anyone ever see the last episode of Jekyll? I missed it and couldn't find it on youtube at the time.

I really didn't like the way that Heroes ended series 1. I thought it was an anti-climax, a bit of a cop-out and just rather silly.

^^^ Yup, agree there Steve.... hope S2 is better in that respect. Heroes was good most of the way through, then seemed to get a bit confused and silly at the end. Odd...
Now, Prison Break on the other hand - just gets better and better!

Burnt Bionic Woman on to a CD to watch on my DVD player.....couldn't read it.
Yet I have a DVD player that can play DIVX files etc.
File said HDTV.XviD-NoTV.avi whatever that means

recorded from a HD TV source
in divx
No TV could be the station.
avi is the file type.
By the way it's MUCH easier to buy a lead to connect the PC up to the tv.
No need to burn anything then.

You still have to watch them on something with a decent screen size though.
hence the TV comment. < again

Dopey comment - it doesn't make a difference what media it's on - if it's a Divx/Xvid playing DVD player (like a Yamada or summut) it can be on ANY media that you can fit the episode on.
BUT... if you do want to play on your DVD player, make sure that the episode is around the 350MB mark in size - don't download the 700+ MB versions as they're in HD - and the chipsets in the DVD player can only cope with a certain resolution, which the 700MB ones exceed.... hence you often get sound but no video with them.
So - download the 350MB episodes and burn them to DVD or CD and away you should go...
