An sti needs an extra 30 to 40 bhp to make up for the weight difference..!

Plus I don't get the dodgy attention an STI gets as it's only a WRX..

 

i went from a 2003 STI blob eye to a 2006 STI hawkeye and love it! the extra torque with the 2.5 engine is very noticible, espeically when ur mid corner accelerating.

and personally i prefer the looks of the hawkeye.. i didnt like it at first but as soon as you get lowering springs, 18" wheels and the front splitter it transforms the looks of the car.

if you prefer the blob eye then i recommend a 2005 STI, much better than the 2003 and 2004.

as for a colour ive got WR blue with gold wheels... if you dont want that i think this guys STI looks great in this colour..

 

Went from a bugeye wrx wagon to 05 model sti with ppp in black and love it . When it's all polished up in the sun , the black looks stunning , but the keeping it like that is hard .
